Obuv a vstup
Po dřevěné podlaze nechodíme v botech.
Boty si sundáváme na schodech a přenášíme pod lavičky.
Při první návštěvě, se hlásíme na recepci bez vyzvání „Jsem poprvé”.

Typy hodin
„Solná jeskyně dospělí”: Nelze přijít s dětmi (relaxační čas bez hluku).
„Solná jeskyně s dětmi”: Otevřeno hluku, přihlášení lze i bez dětí.

Dospělí
Rezervace jsou schvalovány od 1 osoby.
Storno je možné 6 hodin předem (lze uhradit i multi sport kartou).

Solná jeskyně s dětmi
pro vytvoření dětské hodiny nás informujte v emailu v dostatečném předstihu. ( rezervace lze mimo vytížené časy, kde nejsou přihlášení klienti)
Jen u dětských hodin platí schvalování rezervací od 2. dospělých osob, kde neplatí storno bez sankce 6h předem.
Děti (kromě starších, které si nebudou hrát na zemi s hračkami) se nezahrnují do počtu při rezervaci.
Děti si hrají na zemi v soli, hračky pro ně máme, občerstvení lze kdykoliv na recepci avšak po skončení hodiny je čas vyhrazen pouze na odchod.
V dětských hodinách je možné chodit kdykoliv na recepci ale před každým odchodem je nezbytné očistění od soli na vnitřní bílé rohoži. (nikoliv až na recepci)

Před vstupem
S sebou náhradní světlé ponožky, ideálně bílé barvy (možné zakoupit na recepci).
Vstup na recepci je možný nejdříve 10 minut před rezervovaným časem, ne později než 5 min předem pro včasné odbavení.
Do prostor vás uvádí obsluha recepce v celou.
Všechny osobní věci zůstávají ve skříňkách včetně mobilních telefonů v režimu letadla/vyplé zvuky.
S sebou pouze kapesníky.
Konec je oznámen rozsvícením velkých světel.

Adults
Reservations are approved from 1 person.
Cancellations are possible 6 hours in advance (can also be paid for with a multi-sport card).

Salt cave with children
To create a children's hour, please inform us by email well in advance. (Reservations can be made outside of busy times when there are no registered clients).
Only for children's hours, reservations are approved from 2 adults, where cancellation without penalty 6 hours in advance does not apply.
Children (except older children who will not be playing on the floor with toys) are not included in the number of people in the reservation.
Children play on the floor in the salt, we have toys for them, refreshments are available at any time at the reception, but after the session is over, the time is reserved only for departure.
During children's hours, you can go to the reception desk at any time, but before each departure, it is necessary to clean the salt off your shoes on the white mat inside. (not at the reception desk)

Before entering
Bring a spare pair of light-colored socks, ideally white (can be purchased at the reception desk).
You can enter the reception area no earlier than 10 minutes before your reserved time and no later than 5 minutes before for timely check-in.
The reception staff will show you to the premises on the hour.
All personal belongings must be left in the lockers, including mobile phones in airplane mode/silent mode.
Only tissues are allowed.
The end is announced by the large lights being turned on.
